Instructor at the College of Science participates in TEDX Forum Baghdad IX
The Iraqi researcher Dr. (Ahmed Hassan) teaching in the Department of Astronomy and Space at the College of Science at the University of Baghdad, participated in TEDx, the ninth annual forum hosted by Iraq in the presence of a number of ministers, officials, and researchers creators from all provinces and different disciplines.
The participation included a lecture presented by the researcher titled (science is a space.. be pioneer) is to identify the latest developments in astronomy and astronomical observatories between the past and present, and the importance of astronomy, which is greater than being an observatory. Besides, astronomical researchers deal with data that provides information about wind, rain and many related human activities such as tides.
The aim of the lecture is to address the relentless endeavors in building scientific cultural bridges between Iraq and Germany
