The college of science has participated in the scientific symposium which was taking place in Jordan for the Iraqi astronomer “May Kaftan” memorial of her respected and valued.

The department of astronomy and space, the college of science in Baghdad university participated in the virtual scientific symposium that was held by the Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education for Western Asia in Jordan, the Arabic Union for Space and Astronautics, the Jordanian Astronomical Society, the Centre of Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics and others for loyalty and respecting, of the Iraqi astronomer “May Kaftan”.
